Meet Stephanie Shulman, Customer Relations Manager at Marv Jones Honda.
As the Customer Relations Manager, I follow up with people after they’ve come to see us in our showroom. If they’ve taken a test drive, see how that went for them and to see if that’s the vehicle that they’re still interested in. If not, can I interest them in a different one if that’s not what they’re looking for.
I also will call them after they’ve purchased a vehicle and to make sure that everything is okay and to see if they’ve had any questions about the car at all or any concerns and I’m the one who keeps them in contact with the dealership.
Our NoBull buying experience is, we’re very upfront and honest with you from the get-go. We pride ourselves on being transparent with you from start to finish that means disclosing all of the information about the vehicle, being able to answer any questions that you may have because you’re investing in something. It’s a big purchase so it’s not just something that you can walk in like buying a jacket, for example, try it on, it fits and walk out the door. It’s something you’re investing in it, so we want to be able to make sure that you know about the vehicle, about any features, make sure that it just like fits you and your lifestyle.
I love it! I have so much fun here. Every day coming in there’s something new going on. It’s always busy and new challenges, new exciting things so yeah and the people that I work with and get to surround myself with is a bonus!
